Transmittal Notice 84.02 Amendment 1

BACKGROUND

This transmittal forwards an amendment to the chapter on Authorized Dollar Thresholds - P.L. 93-638 Contracts and Grants by Area, Part 1, Chapter 11.  This amendment raises the dollar thresholds for P.L. 93-638 contract review in Aberdeen, Bemidji, Billings, Nashville, Navajo and Portland IHS Area/Program Offices from $300,000 to $500,000 and below.  Review and approval levels will remain at $300,000 for all other IHS Area/Program Offices.

Pages 1 and 2, Part 1, Chapter 11, TN 84.2, dated November 13, 1984.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE
