Chapter 4, Part 2, Other Beneficiaries, specifically, Dependents of Commissioned Officers of the Public Health Service on active duty at Indian Health Service facilities has been revised by Department of Defense regulations relative to "Medical Services Uniformed Services Health Benefit Program, Chapter 6, Part C". The section on Federal Employees' Compensation (formerly B.E.C.) has been rewritten.
