BACKGROUND
This transmittal forwards new Section 307.20 to the Pharmacy Chapter, Part 3, Chapter 7, of the Indian Health Manual. This section contains the standards for Pharmacy Services adopted by the Division in accordance with State laws, the Minimum Standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals and the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists, and the Department of HEW Conditions of Participation for Hospitals and Extended Care Facilities.
