BACKGROUND
The attached is the revised Pharmacy services chapter prepared under the ongoing program for updating the Indian Health Manual. No marginal lines are used to indicate revision because of the extent of the changes. Significant changes include instructions for completing the pharmacy quarterly cumulative report and the maintenance of visible records for inventory and procurement caused by cancellation of the Public Health Services forms used in the past.
