SAMPLE TRANSMITTAL MEMORANDUM


TO:	Area Directors
FROM:	Associate Director Office of Administration and Management
SUBJECT:	Transmittal of Administrative Delegation of Authority

Attached for your information and use is a copy (Tab A) of the administrative delegation of authority, "Delegation of Authority for Designation of Notaries Public," dated June 12, 1990. I have included a transmittal notice (Tab B) with instructions for maintaining copies of the delegation transmitted.

As discussed in my memorandum of January 16, 1991, the delegations that can be redelegated need to be prepared in memorandum format to the appropriate positions in each Area Office.
