AUTHORITY DELEGATED
Pursuant to the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, as amended, the Indian Health Service (IHS) Director is authorized to administer programs “under which health care is provided to Indians based upon their status as Indians which are administered by the Secretary, including programs under . . . the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA) . . ..” 25 U.S.C. §1661(c). Pursuant to this authority, I hereby delegate to the officials listed below, the administrative authorities relating to leasing of real property pursuant to section 105(l) of ISDEAA, codified as amended at 25 U.S.C. § 5324(l).

AUTHORITY TO REDELEGATE
This authority may be redelegated only to those employees who have been adequately trained in accordance with IHS policy and procedures for 105(l) leases.
RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The authorities granted herein shall be exercised in accordance with ISDEAA and the implementing regulations at 25 C.F.R. Part 900, Subpart H.

EFFECTIVE DATE
This delegation is effective on the date of signature.
