The Schurz Service Unit (SSU) staff provide information technology (IT), purchased and referred care (PRC), and administration services to the following tribes:
- Pyramid Lake Pauite Tribe
- Fallon Pauite-Shoshone Tribe
- Lovelock Pauite Tribe
- Winnemucca Indian Colony of Nevada
- Yomba Shoshone Tribe
All direct healthcare operations are administered by SSU tribes.
