New Horizons Wellness Center
Our department consists of therapists, traditional counselor (vacant), tele-psychiatrist and one department secretary.
We conduct mental health evaluations and interventions, which include individual and group therapy, substance abuse therapy, and psychiatric medications.

New Horizon Wellness Center
- The new horizon Wellness center provides Mental Health, Medical Social Services, Substance Abuse and Traditional Services.
- The Center is both community based and hospital centered in providing services to the CHCF service unit area, Eastern portion of the reservation.
- Staffed by qualified Navajo and non-Navajo professionals trained to provide various behavioral health services.
- NHWC also provides the Native Traditional counseling, consultation and healing services integrated with clinical care.

Referral Protocol:
Referral for Services accepted for intake/screening. Referrals should be in writing, stating reason for referral and any feedback needs by referee. New Horizon Wellness Center will make referrals to local resources if appropriate.
